Coyote Joe's Bar and Grill, Prescott, Arizona
Coyote Joe's Bar & Grill is located in what was once
the historic Arizona Hotel. Built in the late 1800’s, this
hotel housed what is said to be one of Arizona’s
earliest brothels. Traces of this building’s past are still
visible, such as the many doors leading into what is
now our kitchen, as well as the obvious outlines of the
numerous rooms which were upstairs. Remnants of a
fire which was supposedly started by a disgruntled
“customer” still remain.
All artists featured on the current 2008 Howling Coyote Tour perform in this venue regularly. Prescott, Arizona is a thriving and diverse musical community representing artists from all over the country in blues, rock, jazz and folk.
